Squats are everywhere at the moment and I love them as much as anyone, but they may not be the only way to get a good ass.
In fact, if I were designing your program for a glute workout, there may not even be a squat in there!
So if your goal is to grow and shape your glutes, it might be worthwhile to consider including some of the following exercises in your program. It's important to vary the reps and sets so make sure you chat to a knowledgeable trainer before you include them in your workout.
1. Barbell hip thrusts
2. Mini-band walks
3. Walking lunges
4. Side-leg clams
