For the final time in 2019..The PFP Bootcamp!
Starting Tuesday 12th Novemmber, this bootcamp is ideal as a healthy kickstart or as a boost to your current training regime. Suitable for both beginners and advanced levels of fitness.
Bootcamp runs for 4 weeks - Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm & Saturdays 10am - 11am.
- 12 workout sessions (1 hour each)
- Measurements and weekly weigh-ins
- Nutrition advice and recipes
- Sample food plans with various calorie and portion options
- Access to a private Whatsapp group
Our bootcamps are not a 'quick-fix' but are about building knowledge and habits to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle.
We take a personal training approach to our bootcamps. As a result, the bootcamps have limited spaces so that we can continue to deliver the high levels of coaching you expect from PFP Gym.
Cost - €110
Deposit required - €40 (balance required before the beginning of bootcamp)
